Role: Sales Administrator

Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire

Hours: 4 DAY WORKING WEEK, 37.5 hours per week Monday – Thursday

(pick your own start and finish times between the hours of 7am – 7pm)

Salary: up to £27,000 per annum

Having worked as a Sales Administrator you will have the capability to deal with day-to-day customer requests, loading of quotations, sales orders, reconciliation of order books and receiving feedback from customers regarding quotations. You must be extremely organised as this is a demanding role where you will have to work to agreed deadlines. As part of the role, you will be required to visit customer sites, so a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle is necessary for this role.

Duties will include:

* Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email

* Producing quotations for customers

* Processing sales orders

* Advising and arranging delivery dates

* Ensuring parts are on track with production

* Creating returns paperwork

* Hosting and visiting customers

What we are looking for:

* Previous Sales Administration experience/ Customer Account Management

* Proven ability to use MS Office packages with confidence

* Strong organisation skills and ability to multi take

* Confidence to use the telephone consistently during the day
