Description:

Our client based in Bingley is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a full time, temporary to permanent basis.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful applicant’s role within the company will involve the following:
• Answering telephone and dealing with customer queries (both B2B and B2C). Working alongside the Sales Director and Technical Director.
• Managing customer emails with regards to questions and queries and completing these in a timely manner.
• Working with the companies stock inventory system in order to generate sales orders for the companies independent and National Retail customers.
• Managing the company’s designated carriers in order to ensure timely delivery of new sales orders.
• Working with the companies internal systems in order to generate shipping labels for the company’s national retail customers.
• Processing the companies online B2C orders on a daily basis. This will involve working closely with the company’s Warehouse Team and internal EDI system.
• Managing the returns/refunds and replacements of customer B2B and B2C orders where applicable.
• Managing customer feedback channels such as; Feefo and Trust Pilot.
• General Administration.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant will be required to be competent on basic IT skills which involve; Outlook, Word and Excel.
An education qualification(s) is preferable but not essential.

HOURS OF WORK
9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. No weekends required
