Sales Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the sales team, responding to customer inquiries, processing orders and answering phones. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Process customer order forms. Using Excel and the inhouse system.
Provide customer service and support; via email and phone.
Coordinate with other departments, ensuring orders are processed correctly.
Working closely with design departments.
Site attendance, when shows are building.
Skill required:
Excellent attention to detail
Can work well under pressure
Use of Microsoft software; Excel, word, outlook.
