Sales Administrator
Temp ongoing
Immediate start.
Monday – Friday working between 8am to 6pm
Payrate: £10.97 -£11.44ph
Based in Tamworth.
Responsibilities
Manage a set of accounts to achieve long-term success.
Processing sales and orders.
Follow up samples & quotations converting these to sales.
Ensure accounts are constantly aware of active promotions available.
Dealing with customers complaints and resolving them by providing solutions.
Manage a dairy to ensure customers are visited.
Ensure all data is kept up to date by internal & inhouse systems.
Liaising with other relevant departments including Transport, Accounts, Marketing, Laboratory and Production.
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities
Requirements
Previous experience in sales administration/ administration (required)
Knowledge of Microsoft packages (office & excel)
Excellent communication skills
Professional telephone manner
