Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator **
Are you highly organised and enjoy creating clear processes? Our Bletchley-based manufacturing client is seeking an administrator to join their small business. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.
**Job Details:**
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, with 1 hour for lunch
Pay: £13.22 per hour (Temp to perm)
Location: Bletchley, Fully office-based
**Responsibilities Include:**
Processing customers' orders (around 10 per month, up to £30k value)
Handling order processing, packaging, and dispatch
Answering phone calls and emails
Welcoming visitors and managing deliveries
Liaising with suppliers for pricing and lead time
Managing stock purchases and inventory
Scheduling maintenance and repairs
Coordinating shipments and tracking deliveries
⚡ **Requirements:**
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in administration is preferred
