This role is for a Sales Admin in the customer service department for a Food Manufacturing company in Tottenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support in sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.

They are currently looking for a Sales Administrator with excellent customer service experience to be the first point of contact for customers placing orders (online, over the phone, in person) and managing those orders via the internal ERP system.
Description
Support sales team in managing customer inquiries and bookings.
Raise sales orders via the system
Liaise with third party logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery of orders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions.
Inventory management
Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and complaints effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Profile
