Full time Monday - Thursday 8.15am – 5.00pm, Friday 8.15am – 4.00pm

Sales Administrator – Main Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support
Handle customer enquiries via phone, showroom visits, and email
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Process and manage customer orders efficiently
Identify and engage potential new customers
Coordinate with Sales Representatives to generate new business
Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Assist with credit control and bank reconciliations
Sales Administrator – Skills & Experience:
Organised, disciplined, and punctual
Excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner
Strong work ethic and customer service focus
Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
Team player with negotiation skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service
