Job Title: Export/Sales Advisor

Location: Segensworth West, Fareham

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Overview:

Total Staff is seeking a motivated and experienced Export/Sales Advisor on behalf of our client. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and the export process across Europe. You will work closely with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and export management, preferably within the textiles or marine industry, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in European markets.
Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide expert advice on products, helping clients select the best solutions for their needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Handle all aspects of the export process, including preparing export documentation, managing shipping logistics, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and export documentation in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and export management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Due to the location, own transport is desirable.
