As a Sales Admin, your role and responsibilities will include…
* Establishing, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
* Dealing with inbound enquiries via the phone and email
* Outbound prospecting over the phone and email
* Conducting research to identify new prospects and market trends
* Preparing, sending and following up quotes
* Coordinating with the sales team by maintaining schedules
We’re looking for a Sales Admin with the following skills and experience…
* At least 1 years’ experience in a sales, customer service or sales admin role
* Experience making outbound calls and happy picking up the phone
* Previous B2B experience or in manufacturing is preferred
* Confident and personable in conversation with the ability to build rapport
* Professional, organised with a strong attention to detail
* Creative problem solver who is proactive, positive and a team player
