Sales Account Manager
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Laptop (+ company car and phone as soon as you progress into an external account manager)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 17.30
Location: Manchester
The opportunity:
Our client, an industrial product supplier, who are market leaders in their field, have an exciting opportunity for someone to join their team in Manchester.
The right person will join them as a Sales Account Manager, cutting their teeth and learning everything they need to about their customer base and product range. You will be in the office for the first 4 – 6 months, being fully supported by the experienced team around you. Once fully trained and confident, you will be an external sales account manager. You will manage your own portfolio of customers, visiting them on site. You will ensure that they feel fully supported, with the aim to grow the revenue of each account year on year.

What will I be doing when I join as a Sales Account Manager?
* Internal and external Account Management.
* Prospecting new business.
* Sales order processing
* Initiating contact with lapsed accounts.
* Inbound customer service
* Outbound calls to prospect business
* Meeting KPI’s and qualifying prospects.
* Sales admin / order processing
* Reporting
* CRM use
* Attend client meetings as and when required.
What we need:
To be honest, all we are looking for is personality and drive. Ok, and a full UK clean driving licence. The rest, they can train!
