Our client is a highly regarded manufacturer and supplier of BMS, HVAC/R Controls, Sensors & Integrated Solutions. Renowned for engineering excellence, product innovation and customer-focused service, they support a diverse range of sectors including retail.

With an established customer base that includes some of the UK's best-known retail brands, including major supermarket groups, the business continues to invest in growth and strengthen its position as a trusted partner for safety-critical monitoring solutions.

As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Account Manager to join the team. You'll become a trusted advisor to key customers, helping them identify the most effective gas detection and monitoring solutions to support compliance, improve safety and protect operational continuity across large-scale portfolios.

The opportunity

As Sales Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of national and regional accounts, developing long-term partnerships.

Alongside managing existing relationships, you'll actively identify opportunities to expand revenue through new customer acquisition, cross-selling and strategic account development.

You'll be given the autonomy to manage your territory, develop customer growth plans and influence commercial outcomes, supported by an experienced and collaborative technical team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, adding value and working within an innovative technical manufacturing environment.

The Person

We are keen to speak with commercially focused sales professionals who enjoy developing strong customer relationships and working with technical products and solutions.

Proven track record of managing and developing key customer relationships
Experience selling technical products, safety equipment, sensors, monitoring systems, building services, HVAC, facilities management solutions or industrial technologies would be advantageous
Exposure to retail, facilities management, commercial property, building services or multi-site customer environments would be highly beneficial
Ability to identify opportunities, generate new business and deliver sustainable revenue growthWhy this role?
