Description:

Our long standing and well-respected client based in St Albans are looking for a full or part-time Sales Account Manager to join a close knit and friendly team. They are a training provider widely used – a very rewarding environment relating to children’s services.

They are now seeking an outstanding sales account manager to expand and grow the sales of their training products. This role offers excellent earning potential!

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Account Manager:

* Build new customer relationships, help secure new customer contracts, and deliver excellent customer service for new and existing customers

* Providing customer support by phone, email and the website

* Make welcome calls, follow up calls to leads, enquiries

* Support creating new sales leads and opportunities through email and outbound calls

* Deliver demos to prospective, new and existing customers to ‘bring to life’ what the company offer

* Undertaking research and supporting the team to gain customer/market insight

* Managing a portfolio of customer contracts, ensuring they receive the highest quality service, enable continued growth and satisfaction levels

* Updating and maintain the CRM system

For this Sales Account Manager role the client is looking for:

* Excellent communications skills, tenacious and highly motivated

* Able to use initiative, problem solving skills, Confident, excellent interpersonal skills, communicate well with people, Excellent office/IT skills: able to use MS word, MS excel, Google/Microsoft docs, spreadsheets, email

* Strong literacy skills: able to construct and write emails using correct grammar and spelling, Strong customer service skills, customer focused and with an ability to build strong relationships and understand customer needs, Flexible and responsive to changing business priorities

* Self-motivated and able to work alone

* Organised and methodical, Honest and trusty worthy, Willing to try new things, Ambitious to grow and develop
