Our client is a dynamic and innovative company specialising in bike storage solutions. They offer bespoke product and install services for their clients across the construction and property industry and are seeking to employ a Sales Account Executive to join their team and improve lead conversion and sales.

As Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with clients and converting inbound leads into revenue.

The successful candidate would have experience working in a sales environment ideally with some involvement in the construction sector (not essential).

This is a developmental and high paced position, with opportunity to earn substantially more than basic salary.

Position Overview - Sales Account Executive

Collaborate with the operations and design teams to prepare accurate and competitive quotations for inquiries.
Ensure that quotations align with client requirements and project specifications.
Facilitate a smooth transition of project details and requirements to the operations team.
Communicate effectively to ensure the operations team is well-informed and prepared for successful project execution.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of quality products.
Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers to optimise costs and enhance overall product and service offerings.
Reach out to new customers through calls, emails, and consultations to understand their existing and future needs for bicycle storage and end-of-trip facilities, in response to incoming sales inquiries.
Timely and effectively respond to inbound inquiries, providing information, guidance, and solutions to potential clients.
Work to convert inquiries into successful deals.
Regularly communicate with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling.
Develop relationships with new accounts, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet those requirements.
Work towards and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue targets, profitability goals, and client retention metrics.Position Requirements - Sales Account Executive

Experience working in a sales environment (6-12 months). Experience in the construction sector is beneficial but not essential
Strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.What's in it for you?

Basic salary of £28,000 with OTE of £35,000 in year 1
Opportunity to exceed OTE with an over-target bonus
