RTA Fee Earner - Liverpool

We are seeking an experienced RTA Fee Earner to join a leading personal injury firm based in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of RTA claims through the Ministry of Justice's OIC portal.

Key Responsibilities for such role include:

* Managing a caseload of RTA claims through the OIC portal

* Advising clients on their claims and the claims process

* Negotiating settlements with defendants and their insurers

* Meeting targets and deadlines

* Keeping accurate records and file notes

* Communicating effectively with clients, defendants and other parties involved in the claim

The ideal candidate for such role will have the following qualifications and Experience:

* At least 1 years of experience working within Personal Injury

* knowledge of RTA law and the claims process

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet targets and deadlines

* Proficient knowledge of case management systems

In return the firm is offering a salary between £21,000.00 to £26,000.00 as well as an attractive benefits package.
