Salary: Up to £28k + Excellent Benefits

Full Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday, 8.00 am - 6:00 pm

The Role:

As a Room Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a childcare room, ensuring exceptional care and education.

Responsibilities:

Leading the room when the manager is absent.
Organising engaging indoor and outdoor activities for children.
Planning educational and developmental activities.
Recording children's progress.
Conducting risk assessments.
Ensuring top-quality childcare.

Requirements:

Previously worked as a Room Manager or in a similar role.
Minimum 1 year of experience in room leadership.
Level 3 or above Early Years Qualification.
