Room Leader

Surbiton | Up to £15.00/hr | Full Time or Part Time

We’re partnering with a reputable nursery in Surbiton to find a passionate Room Leader ready to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional early years care.

What you need:

Level 3 in Childcare essential
Early years experience, ideally in a leadership role
Strong communication and team management skills
What you’ll do:.

Lead a playroom and mentor your team
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
Allocate children to keycarers and provide feedback to parents
Promote the nursery and maintain positive relationships with families
