Room Leader – Baby Room (BS16, Bristol)
£13.80 – £14.70 per hour | Full-Time

We’re recruiting for an experienced Room Leader to join a baby room in a well-established nursery in the BS16 area.

This is a great opportunity for a confident practitioner ready to step up or an existing Room Leader looking for a supportive setting with strong benefits and progression.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the baby room and supporting day-to-day operations
Supervising and guiding staff
Ensuring high standards in line with EYFS
Managing key children and building strong parent relationships
What we’re looking for:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous room leader or senior experience
Strong leadership and organisational skills
