About the Client

Our Client is a well-established roofing contractor delivering high-quality roofing solutions across commercial and residential projects. They are committed to excellence, safety, and building long-term relationships with their customers. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Roofing Contracts Manager to support their expanding operations.

Roles/Responsibilities

Manage multiple flat roofing and pitched roofing projects from award through to completion.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of roofing contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Liaise with clients, site managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Prepare project programmes, progress reports, and contract documentation.
Manage labour, materials, and subcontractor performance.
Resolve on-site issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Ensure all work complies with relevant industry regulations and company procedures.
Support commercial teams with variations, valuations, and project cost control.Qualifications

Proven experience as a Roofing Contracts Manager or in a similar roofing management role.
Extensive knowledge of both flat roofing and pitched roofing systems.
Strong understanding of roofing construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good commercial awareness and contract management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is advantageous.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are desirable.
