Experienced Slate Roofer Required
Location: Oldham
Rate: £220-£230 Per day
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently looking for experienced Roofers to join a busy team working on residential properties.
The successful candidates will have strong experience working with natural and/or slate roofing and be confident carrying out roofing works to a high standard.
Duties will include:
Installing and repairing slate roofing
Stripping and re-slating roofs where required
Replacing damaged or broken slates
Cutting and fixing slates
Working on residential properties
Carrying out roof repairs and maintenance
Working safely at height
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Roofer
Strong slate roofing experience is essential
Experience working on residential properties
Good knowledge of roofing practices and materials
Own tools preferred
Relevant CSCS/roofing qualification preferred
Full PPE
Good attention to detail
Reliable and hardworking
Able to work independently and as part of a team
