Builder / Roofer (Mobile) – Temp to Perm, West Argyll, Oban, Lochgilphead & Campbeltown, £19.00 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm,Temp to Perm

Responsibilities
* Carry out roof repairs on void and tenanted properties
* Complete general building maintenance and repair work
* Undertake slabbing and roughcasting
* Travel across the designated area to multiple sites
* Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining health and safety standards
Requirements
* Proven experience in roof repairs (essential)
* Strong all-round building maintenance skills
* Experience with slabbing, roughcasting and general repairs
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and travel throughout West Argyll
* Willingness to undergo a Disclosure check
