Liberty Property Maintenance (Part of WPS Group) are looking for a Roofer to join our growing responsive maintenance team in delivering high quality repairs across social housing properties in the Ellesmere Port area.
If you’re a Roofer who takes pride in doing a job properly, from start to finish, this is a role you’ll ’be trusted to get on with providing steady and local work.
We’re growing across our voids contracts and we’re looking for an experienced Roofer who can walk into a property, assess the work and get the job done!

Your Day to Day, What You’ll Do as our Roofer
Site based role
Working in void properties, getting them ready for new tenants
Diagnosing and fixing roofing issues
Slating and tiling repairs and full replacements
Chimney, leadwork and ridge tile repairs
Flat roof repairs (felt/asphalt)
General maintenance across domestic properties
Moving between jobs or staying on larger projects until completion
What You’ll Need as our Roofer
Experienced Roofer (ideally within social housing or repairs)
Background in domestic repairs/ maintenance (not just new build sites)
Able to work independently and manage your own workload
Full UK driving license
CSCS or relevant trade background
What to Expect
Company van, uniform & equipment provided
Structured onboarding with a shadowing period
Early support – You won’t be expected to hit the ground running alone
