Description:
A great opportunity has arisen for a Roofer to work for a social housing contractor in the West of Essex on a temporary basis. My client is looking for an experienced individual with a background in social housing.
Pay Rate:
* £21.00ph (umbrella rate)
You will be required to:
* Carry out to the highest standard all aspects of Roofing repairs and maintenance installations.
Including but not limited to:
* Trace and repair leaks to roofs. (Leak detection)
* Renew Tiles and slates (small areas)
* Carry out repairs and maintenance to guttering and rainwater downpipes and test gullies and report back findings. (Including using Sky vac).
* Scaffold inspections.
* Flashing repairs and renewals
* Asphalt repairs - Hot gun and trowel
* Felt repairs
