Job Title: Social Housing Roofer
Location: Manchester
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Roofer for a maintenance subcontractor working on Social Housing
Responsibilities
Ensuring the safety and comfort of residents by carrying out installations on flat and pitch roofs
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance
Conduct inspections to identify any issues
Working from a PDA system to ensure works are prioritised correctly
Install and repair flashing, fascia's, soffits, and other roof-related components
Experience and Qualifications
Experience carrying out roof repairs
Full UK driving license
Own your own tools
CSCS card
40 hours Monday- Friday
