Roofers Required - New Build Housing Site - Leamington Spa - Immediate Start
We are currently looking for experienced Roofers to join a busy new build residential development in Leamington Spa.
Location: Leamington Spa
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-Time 7:30am-16:30pm
Duration: Ongoing Work Available
The Role
Working on a new build housing site, duties will include:
Installing roof coverings and roofing systems
Tile and slate roofing work
Fitting battens, underlay, and associated roofing components
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety
Working closely with site management and other trades
Requirements
Previous roofing experience on residential construction projects
Valid CSCS Card (essential)
Own tools and PPE
Strong knowledge of roofing techniques and materials
Ability to work at height safely and efficiently
