Operations Support Agent – Data Entry / Admin Clerk

Contract Duration: 6 months

Location NW10 6SD

Working Hours – Monday to Friday (Apply online only)

Pay 12.82 per hour

Overtime (if candidate works past the standard 40hrs week) 15.74 p/h

Job responsibilities:

* Entering Data into central database

* Transferring physical records into a digital system

* Retrieving data as requested

* Maintaining and updating the database system if necessary

* Managing an office’s general correspondence, including phone calls and emails

* Preparing and proofreading office documents, such as memos and reports

* Coordinating communication between various departments

Qualification:

* Previous experience in data entry or related is preferred

* Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other data entry software

* Strong attention to details

* Good communication skills
