Description:
Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer. They are looking for an experienced Machine Operative to join them as a Welding Robot Operator / Robotic Welding Machine Operative. This role will become permanent after successfully completing 3 months full work as a temporary agency worker.
Shift pattern: 10.00pm – 6.00am (Night shift only) (NOTE: You may need to do a day shift during the initial training)
Salary: £17.22 per hour (raising to £18.65 once fully trained) + Overtime at x1.5 / x2 depending on the day.
Location: Holmfield HX2

* Previous experience as a Machine Operative in a manufacturing / production / factory / engineering environment.
* You are able to follow diagrams and engineers instructions with precision.
* You can start ASAP, or with a very short notice period.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* To position, align and fit manufactured parts into the robotic welding machine.
* Remove welded parts, carry out quality checks on welds, and debur where needed.
* Any other duties as reasonable requested by management (your skills may be utilised in other areas of the factory).
