Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - flexible start times between 7:00am and 6:00pm

Working Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week, with flexible start times between 7:00am and 6:00pm, you'll have the opportunity to use your technical expertise across multiple sites while carrying out high-quality repairs on accident-damaged vehicles.

THE ROLE
As a Roaming Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll provide your body repair expertise across multiple Bodyshop sites, supporting workshop teams and ensuring vehicles are repaired efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Key responsibilities include:
·Carrying out structural and non-structural repairs to accident-damaged vehicles across multiple Bodyshop locations.
·Assessing damaged panels and selecting appropriate repair or replacement methods.
·Repairing, replacing, aligning, and fitting vehicle body panels and associated components.
·Using specialist body repair tools and equipment safely and effectively.
·Working to manufacturer repair methods and relevant industry standards.
·Adapting to different workshop environments, workloads, and repair requirements across multiple sites.
·Working closely with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians, Workshop Controllers, and management to maintain efficient vehicle workflow.
·Completing allocated repairs within agreed timescales while maintaining consistently high standards of workmanship.

ABOUT YOU
This opportunity would suit an experienced Roaming Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Mobile Panel Beater / Vehicle Body Repair Technician who is comfortable working across multiple locations.

You'll ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician within a professional Bodyshop or accident repair environment.
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ / IMI / SVQ / ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
·Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body construction and accident repair techniques.
·Experience carrying out both structural and non-structural vehicle body repairs.
·The flexibility to work across multiple Bodyshop locations throughout Manchester and Cheshire.
·Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
·Strong organisation and the ability to manage changing workloads across different sites.
·A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between locations as required.
