Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor looking for your next opportunity?
I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading house builder for a Roaming Sales Advisor to cover developments across South East London, Kent, and Essex.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys working across multiple sites, delivering excellent customer service, and managing the sales process from first enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Provide sales cover across developments in South East London, Kent, and Essex.
Guide customers through the full home-buying journey.
Carry out property viewings and build strong customer relationships.
Liaise with solicitors and internal teams to ensure smooth sales progression.
Support the wider sales team in achieving sales targets.
Confidently manage both single and multi-manned developments.Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in New Homes sales or estate agency.
Confident working across multiple developments.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Flexibility to travel and work weekends.What's on Offer?
