Job Title: Roadside Technician
Location: Norfolk (Travel within the UK required)

This role offers a competitive salary, inclusive of breakdown and call-out allowances, and requires frequent travel across the UK, with occasional international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electric vehicles, including buses, vans, cars at client sites
Conduct maintenance and assembly of electric vehicles, both on-site and in the workshop
Frequent travel across the UK and occasionally internationally
Read and understand technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
Perform diagnostic and quality checks on completed work
Communicate effectively with customers on-site Preferred Requirements:
3 years’ experience in breakdown/roadside repairs, preferably on electric vehicles
Proficiency with diagnostic software and strong diagnostic capabilities
4+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance, including pneumatics and hydraulics (electrical bias is an advantage)
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in the field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 or HNC/BTEC in Engineering
Level 3 IMI accreditation in Electric/Hybrid Vehicles
Valid UK driver's licence
