The Cambridge property market is heating up again and your new role will focus on RICS residential building surveys L1-3 with an eye on future development and enthusiasm to cover Commercial work.

Who will I be working with?
A respected firm of Chartered Surveyors who have successfully served the Cambridge property industry for over 20 years. Experts in providing professional surveying and valuation services and regarded as one of Cambridge's finest. Representing local and national clients in private residential, commercial, retail, banking, property development, institutions, Colleges of Cambridge University and Charities.
What will I be doing?
Providing the full range of building surveys across a wide range of buildings, from historic to new builds. These include:

Building Surveys (Homebuyer, vendor, and valuations).
*
Party Wall matters.
*
Building defect.
*
Expert Witness.
*
Project management.
What do I need to apply?
*
Ideally, you will be MRICS chartered status, although AssocRICS or a promising APC candidate would be considered.
*
A solid base of experience within the residential surveying sector - ideally within Cambridgeshire.
*
Local to Cambridge due to the location of the client base
