The Role
Are you a qualified or experienced RGN with experience in working with nursing and dementia clients?
To be responsible and accountable for delivering the highest standards of nursing, clinical, and personal support while promoting independence and choice for the people we support. This role includes directly leading and supervising a team of support staff as required at the respective service. Ensure the smooth and efficient management of each shift by assessing, prioritizing, planning, delegating, and monitoring the work activities of the support team.
Additionally, ensure that all safeguarding responsibilities are implemented in accordance with the organization's safeguarding and whistleblowing policies and procedures.
At Joneshouse Recruitment we are partnering with childcare providers across the country to fill their live roles. We are looking for a full time, permanent candidate to work with our client across the week and weekends and with additional sleep ins. They offer training and development with opportunities to progress within the company.
The shifts will include :-
8am-8pm
Weekend on and Weekend off
You will have a mixture of experince with :-
Adults – Elderly - Nursing patients
Ran planning and implementing Care plans with staff
Various Clinical skills- Run daily meds
Maintaining a safe and caring environment

CLEAR DBS
Experience in working with adults with clinical and dementia ailments
