Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued Client in their recruitment for a Nursing Home Manager within the Brighton area for their purpose built home.
This role would suit an RGN Nursing Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully in a care service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centred care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Nursing Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' CQC reports, High occupancy and working with average bed fee's.
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.

Requirements
* Nursing Home Manager experience
* RGN ( Not Essential ).
* Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.
* Dementia and Complex Need Experience

The home is based in Brighton – East Sussex and would be a suitable commute from Peacehaven, Newhaven, Seaford, Eastdean, Eastbourne, Shoreham-on-sea, Lancing, Angmering, Arundel, Lewes, Haywards Heath, Crawley, Horley, Nutfield.
