About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Rewind Fitter to join our motor repair team based in Grantham. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to work on the rewind and repair of electric motors within a busy, hands-on workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out rewinding of electric motors to a high standard
* Strip, inspect, and rebuild motors as part of the repair process
* Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs
* Ensure all work is completed in line with quality and safety standards
* Work as part of a team to meet workshop deadlines
Requirements
* Minimum of 12 months' experience as a Rewind Fitter or in a similar motor repair role
* Sound understanding of electric motor construction and rewinding techniques
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
