Description

The key responsibilities for the Reward Specialist are:

Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy
Manage and review employee benefits and compensation packages
Stay abreast of public sector reward trends and legislation
Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports
Work closely with the HR team to ensure reward strategies align with company objectives
Provide advice and guidance on reward-related matters to senior management
