Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a collaborative, national financial services business that are currently seeking a Rewards Consultant to join them on temporary contract.

This role will be based in Manchester, and offers working from home - 2 days a week.

The successful candidate will receive a day rate between £250 - £400 per day plus holiday pay.

As a successful Reward Consultant, you will be responsible for;

Supporting with a Pay & Benefits Benchmarking project
Reviewing current company wide benefits and making suggestions
Reviewing market data and competitors reward packages

The ideal Reward consultant will have experience in the following;

Proven experience supporting in previous pay and reward benchmarking projects
Prior experience working for a financial services organisation
