Revival Coordinator
Stoke-on-Trent
£13,633 a year
Temporary
We’re looking for someone to join our trusted team on fixed-term 6-month basis. You will be responsible for supporting all Revival services by taking referrals by phone, email, setting up customer cases, and booking in appointments for colleagues.
Job requirements
*
Take referrals and deal with all enquiries from the Revival mailbox.
*
Answer phone calls on our internal call system.
*
Add cases on to our case manager system.
*
Be responsible for cases and adding appointments, costs, and interventions where necessary.
*
Be the first point of contact for many of our referrers.
*
Support colleagues when necessary and working to a ‘one team approach’.
*
Send out customer feedback forms and adding responses to our internal database.
*
Manage incoming and outgoing daily post.
What we’re looking for:
*
Experience in a similar role, or of completing admin tasks including scheduling appointments for several members of staff.
*
Excellent communication skills.
*
Ability to fulfil contractual commitments for commissioned services.
*
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and demands.
*
Excellent ICT skills.
