Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and driven Revit Technician to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting their architects and senior technicians in the creation and development of architectural designs using Revit software.
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to Project Teams in creating and developing 3D models in Revit
* Produce Revit families according to project requirements
* Contribute to and maintain BIM standards and library of BIM objects
* Ability to develop scripts in Dynamo for design and productivity requirements
* Run clash detection in Revit
* Support teams in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving clashes
* Use Revit for scheduling
* Provide basic rendering to models applying appropriate lighting techniques
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position within the architectural or construction industry.
* Proficiency in Revit software is essential, with a strong understanding of BIM principles and practices.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings and models.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and professional development.
