Description:

Job Title: Revit MEP Technician
Location: Winchester
Salary: £50,000
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Job Ref: 40949

About Them?
I am working with a multidisciplinary built environment consultancy delivering expert advice and innovative solutions across the built environment. Combining technical knowledge with a collaborative approach, they help clients navigate complexity and achieve successful outcomes.

With a team of experienced professionals working across multiple locations, they are committed to delivering practical, high-quality results that create lasting value.

About you?
You will have previous experience working as a CAD or Revit Technician within an MEP, building services, or similar consultancy environment, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP. Experience delivering UK-based construction projects, including new-build and refurbishment schemes, would be highly beneficial.

A good understanding of MEP coordination within multidisciplinary teams is essential, along with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment. You will be a collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different disciplines and locations.

An understanding of BIM standards and processes is expected, alongside a proactive approach to improving workflows, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the continued development of the team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities?
In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings and coordinated BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit to support the delivery of MEP projects. Working closely with engineers and multidisciplinary design teams, you will help develop high-quality design information throughout all stages of a project.

You will collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and external consultants to ensure designs are fully coordinated and project requirements are met. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound technical judgement, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all drawings, models, and project documentation. You will also be expected to carry out quality checks on your own work, support the review of others’ outputs where required, and work in line with established document control and quality assurance procedures.

The successful candidate will manage their workload effectively, delivering outputs within agreed timescales, project programmes, and budget requirements. You will also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior colleagues, helping to develop CAD and BIM skills within the wider team
