Description:
We're looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a busy Design & Build contractor on an initial 10-month contract.
You'll work alongside an established design team of Engineers and BIM Coordinators, delivering Stage 4-5 residential and education projects. This is a hands-on coordination role covering full M&E services, including setting up and developing models from scratch where required.
Remote working can be considered.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating full Mechanical and Electrical Building Services in Revit
Delivering projects across RIBA Stages 4 and 5
Setting up and developing Revit models from scratch
Working closely with Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers
Reviewing and coordinating consultant models
Resolving clashes and coordination issues through project deliveryWhat we're looking for
Strong Revit MEP coordination experience
Building Services / MEP contractor experience
Confident coordinating both Mechanical and Electrical services
Experience working on detailed Stage 4-5 projects
Ability to independently set up and manage Revit models
Residential or education project experience would be beneficialThe opportunity
£35-£40 per hour, Outside IR35, with an initial 10-month contract and the flexibility for remote working. A Revit licence can also be provided.
