Description:

SRG is seeking a Review and Approval Lead for a Global Pharmaceutical Company based in Surrey (hybrid) on an initial 6-month basis.

The Role:

The role involves overseeing the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials for mid-size markets (MSM) in the EU region.

The Review & Approval Lead for MSM, will develop and implement process strategies consistent with local market needs. This position requires a Subject Matter Expert, (SME), who demonstrates a depth of operations expertise, pharmaceutical industry regulations/ promotional material review standards and enablement capabilities to support continuously evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders, maintaining local market addendum, and ensuring compliant review and approval processes relating to promotional content. This position will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and supporting evolving business needs.

Partners with commercial operations colleagues to provide operations support across all MSM BUs.
Accountable for updating and maintaining the local market addendum.
Acts as a single point of contact for Commercial Quality for internal audits.
Serves as subject matter expert for compliant review and approval of Content through GCMA/ Adobe and Process/Procedure/Addendum alignment.
Works closely with brand marketing and channel enablement teams to ensure content is effectively reviewed and deployed.
Provides oversight and reporting of Content Review & Validation, serving as an SME.
SME in workflow management.​
Identifies and implements best practices across review/approval landscape and participates in projects within the R&A global vertical to evolve process, systems and policy.This role will be a key member of the R&A- EU team and will report to the R&A EU Regional Director.

Skills/Experience Required:

BA/BSc Preferred.
Extensive Commercial experience, preferably in brand marketing.
Cross-BU and/or diversity of job experiences.
Solid knowledge of GCMA/global/local content policies.
Experience with content management processes.
Proven track record of contributing to the completion of project tasks and/or milestones.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical market and relative business levers together with regulatory/compliance aspects.
Possesses a deep understanding of business landscape in MSM and BU strategies to determine key priorities and their impact on Content Enablement activities.
Ability to process unstructured data sources and produce structured reports.
