Revenue Manager, Birmingham - £38K-£45K

We’re excited to be working exclusively with a growing brand of “independent feel” hotels, looking for a Revenue Manager for their Birmingham City Centre hotel to manage a small team, work collaboratively with the commercial team and optimise revenue across multiple revenue streams, including large M&E space.

The company are looking for someone to own the revenue management function, with the unique skill set required to thrive on-site: flawless soft skills, first-rate technical ability and, above all, a brilliant personality!

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Build and execute the rooms strategy for the hotel.

* Manage the hotel rates and distribution strategy.

* Manage, Support and Develop the Reservations department.

* Achieve monthly budget targets and ensure profitability.

* Work with other hotels in the group to support group revenue strategy.

* Develop new business and new revenue streams.

* Lead the weekly / quarterly commercial meetings.

Requirements

* 2 years’ experience within revenue management in the hotel or hospitality industry.

* Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

* Business Development experience.

* Experience in using the OPERA system is preferred.
