Description:
Excited to partnering with this Elite US Law Firm in their search for a Legal Revenue/Billing Coordinator. The purpose of this role, is to process the billing for the firm and preparing their WIP/AR reports and meetings with Partners and fee earners.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all billing instructions and client billing details are updated
Deal with all aspects of e-billing
Producing monthly forecasting reports, resulting in monthly billing and collections targets
Liaise with and build direct relationships
Support Global Revenue and the broader Global Finance Team on global initiatives as required
Across various platforms, ensure matters are set up and prepared for e-billing processes correctlyRequired Skills and Experience
3-4 years experience of Billing/Revenue in a Law firm
Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing with personnel at all levels.
Proactive, robust and able to build strong relationships and credibility quickly with colleagues
Strong attention to details skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
