This is far more than a traditional billing role. You'll be heavily involved in the rollout and optimisation of an upgraded practice management system across the business, acting as a key point of expertise and helping shape billing processes, templates and best practice. Alongside project work, you'll manage the billing cycle for a specialist practice group, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive efficient WIP management, accurate billing and exceptional client service. It's a fantastic opportunity to combine BAU responsibilities with meaningful change-project exposure.

You will bring strong legal billing experience, ideally with with hands-on expertise in Aderant Expert Billing and e-billing platforms. You'll enjoy building relationships with partners and fee earners, have excellent attention to detail and thrive in an environment where your expertise is genuinely valued.
