£13.11 per hour
Our client based in Fairford are looking for a returns operative to join their team!
Returns Operative Roles and Responsibilities:
* Processing and checking customer returns accurately
* Inspecting returned items and identifying any issues
* Recording information using internal systems
* Ensuring stock records are kept up to date
* Following company procedures and quality standards
* Working closely with internal teams to resolve return queries
* Maintaining a clean and organised working area
Returns Operative Ideal Candidate:
* Methodical and organised with a strong attention to detail
* Previous experience in returns, warehouse, stock control or administration would be beneficial
* Comfortable working with systems and updating records
* Able to work accurately to deadlines
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Returns Operative Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
* X2 15-minute paid breaks
* 45 minutes unpaid lunch break
