Description:

We are looking for a Retrofit Coordinator to join a leading Housing Association in the North East of England.

About Our Client:

Our client is a large Housing Association managing over 10,000 homes across the North East. They are committed to providing high-quality, safe, and energy-efficient homes for their residents.

The Role:

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the organisation's ambitious retrofitting program. You will be responsible for managing the entire retrofit process, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 standards and maximising government funding opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing residential retrofit assessments and design from inception to completion.
Ensuring all projects adhere to PAS 2035 standards for energy efficiency retrofits.
Identifying and securing grant funding to support retrofitting initiatives.
Liaising effectively with homeowners, landlords, retrofit assessors, design teams, and installation contractors.
Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Preparing detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Person Specification:

Proven experience in managing retrofit projects, ideally within the social housing sector.
In-depth understanding of energy efficiency principles, building regulations, and PAS 2035 standards.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
A customer-focused approach with a commitment to resident satisfaction.
Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel throughout the North East.
