Description:
TSA Surveying are working with a Built Environment Consultancy who have secured a contract based in Cambridge.
They are looking for an experienced Retrofit Assessor to carry out work on around 150 Social Housing properties, assessing the existing gas boiler and heating system, any insulation measures, drawing up accurate floor plans of the property, carrying out condition reports, along with conducting site-specific assessments.
There will also be a Cavity Wall Survey with a borescope, for which you will get additional compensation.
As their client is quite new to the company, they require some Example Reports from the Assessors they take on, so previous Retrofit experience is required.
All surveys will be lodged through Elmhurst and Lodgment will be taken care of by the company
