BDS Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Retirment Living Assistant in Canvey Island

This is a part time role of 25 hours per week this will be worked across Monday- Friday in between 9am- 5pm -there can be some flexibility on days/times.

Rate of pay is £14.26 ph PAYE- £17.63ph UMB

The role will be a front facing post based at a sheltered housing complex for older adults.

You will support the housing manager with the running of the scheme and associated admin duties to include.

* Health and safety checks of the building

* Raising and logging repairs

* Resident queries

* Typing up reports

Previous experience working in housing or with vulnerable or older adults would be an advantage and you will have fantastic customer service skills with good all round demonstrable admin experience.

The role will initially be temp ongoing with a chance to go perm for the right person.

An enhanced DBS check will be required.
