Description:

Trust Housing Association has a fantastic opportunity for a Retirement Housing Coordinator & Domestic. You will join us on a part-time (24 hours per week), permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £15,082 £15,388 per annum.

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as our Retirement Housing Coordinator & Domestic, we will offer you:

24 hour per week (12hrs as Retirement Coordinator & 12hrs as Domestic)

£15,082 £15,388* per annum (Coordinator salary is £7594 or £7900 depending on annual leave package & Domestic salary is £7488 per annum)

What we’re looking for in our Retirement Housing Coordinator & Domestic:

You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants in Bowmore, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment.

Domestic:

To ensure our housing development is maintained at a high standard, you should be self-motivated and want to achieve high levels of cleanliness.

Skills and experience we're looking for in our Retirement Housing Coordinator & Domestic:

You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.

Domestic:

You should have a warm, friendly personality, an understanding attitude towards older people and an ability to work well on your own initiative.
