Retail Team Manager
Location: Oxford (City Centre)
Salary: up to £30,000 + excellent monthly bonus
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to support the leadership of a busy retail store. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused retail professional who enjoys developing teams, driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, and Deputy Manager you will:
* Drive sales through excellent customer service and team performance.
* Support the recruitment, coaching and development of colleagues.
* Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results.
* Ensure high standards across stock control, security, administration and health & safety.
* Promote loyalty initiatives, new launches and store promotions.
* Provide regular feedback and support colleagues to achieve their goals.
* Help deliver store targets and key business objectives.
About You
* Previous retail management experience at Supervisor level or above.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Passionate about customer service and retail.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Organised, adaptable and commercially aware.
* Excellent communication and motivational skills.
