Our client is looking for a Retail Supervisor to join the team, supporting the store management to implement procedures, help plan and execute sales activities, whilst assisting to support the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist and support in managing & motivating team to increase sales & maximise efficiency
* Assist and support the Store Manager with effective learning & development
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge
* Assist in updating & merchandising to optimize sales, space management & presentation of the product range according to visual guidelines
* Contribute to accurately maintain and develop a computerised customer database
* Carry out direct sales activities & develop ideas for marketing to all our customers
* Deliver a high level of after sales service & care by pro-actively following up on sales orders, deliveries & customer complaints
* Assist in the Security procedures at the store as part of Key holding duties
* Ensure that stock the store cleanliness standards are upheld
* Ensure professional communication is upheld within the team
Minimum Skills and Experience:
* Experience working at a supervisory level
* Previous experience in retail sales
* Excellent communication skills
